Default Performance shops in the DC/MD/VA area?

Looking to get a nitrous kit, install, and then tune.

Car just has a k&n drop in, and muffler delete... Want to add a decent shot with a solid tune to make it as safe as possible. Obviously, this is a mod that a good tuner makes a world of difference on.

Race proven motorsports in Delaware hands down

If you do a wet kit it's nothing special in the tune except pulling timing. A/f will be fine tuned through the jettIng. Pm coming your way

What size shot are you running at 496?

Im thinking about doing the same cam in my car. I need to do a little more research though. I've heard that the one listed in your sig likes to be bottle fed.

100 shot, for some reason they didnt make the pull to 6700 on the bottle or it would've made over 500 because it still hadnt peaked yet.

With timing pulled for the 100 shot it made like 393 or something on motor. It does ok on motor but if your doing the cam for straight power id adevide against it. I picked up like 105rwhp/150rwtq on 100 shot though.

Im going to be needing a tune very very soon. Forget what shop my friend transamsam suggested. But its going to have a basic road tune on it from my installer but I want a full dyno tune(more than just WOT tuning)...

Not sure how far I am willing to drive her to get it done either.

Im hoping on the cam/headers setup to keep up with itslow OFF the bottle....

Allen, down the road would it be ok to run say a 75 shot ontop of mysetup without pulling timing? Wont be for a WHILE but wanted to see possibilities of my setup down the road.

Yea 75 you could but it's gonna have to go back on a dyno anyways to verify the jetting is right on a/f wise since wet kits are tuned through the jetting. While your on there you may as well do 100 shot and pull the timing to get the most power out of it.

Ended up going with performance specialties. Obviously, my plans have changed. I instead decided to go with the maggie and a Cam.

Though I knew Jeff through friends, I didn't plan to lets thousands of dollars and my car ride on that. Jeff's (let's do it right the first time) mentality along with a little ingenuity spark won me over. Pretty excited for some custom stuff we are going to do which should make for a pretty solid setup that has a little extra horsepower! Stay tuned.
