Stock Rear Diff
I bought a Gforce 9" for my V and it will be here in about a week.
I am removing the stock diff, (2005 CTS-V), has 33,251 miles on it, there are no problems with it, just modding my car to how I want it so the stock diff needs to go. I have zero clue what the diff is worth, if anything. What does the forum community suggest? Trying to figure this out so when I pull the diff next week I can possibly sell it. Thanks!

Besides, I'm planning for future engine mods and decided to the drivetrain first to handle go fast goodies later.

How or when I contradicted myself. You think I'm the only one who bought the "race" axles & didn't get rid of the hop 100%? Even you yourself admitted it a few posts up. I'm not gonna ruin the OP's thread any longer than I already have. If you need to continue this conversation lets do it via PM instead.

Depends on the part number. Gen 3 or 4 then I'd say $500+. Gen 1 or 2 then worth what you can scrap it for... Honestly though I'd pay $200 for a gen 1 or 2 IF mine was broke and I needed one ASAP.
