I did a header install at the same time, so the vibes may be due to those as well. You will feel the engine cranking and shutting down, but its not a dieseling effect like you get with worn stockers. At idle and cruzing speeds its pretty much like stock. Under throttle, partial and WOT, its pretty much stock.
All in all, I am extremely happy with these UMI mounts. I've driven around on solid mounts and these are nowhere near as stiff feeling. If you're worried about these mounts transmitting vibrations thru your car, these mounts do not cause that to happen. I will say buy at your own risk because some people have extremely low tolerances for anything other than stock softness, but if you're looking for mounts that you'll probably never need to change again, you should definitely give these a look.
Glad someone had them installed as was able to write a review. Everyeone else needs to stop all the guessing on how these might feel or asking for changes be made to the part before even trying them out.

You may still have clunk as a result of the driveshaft coupler, or bearing, and the flywheel.

Motor mounts, diff mount are not a cure all.

I know I'll still have the flywheel clunk, that doesnt bother me as much as my diff does when it rocks back and forth when I give it gas and let off the gas. My aunt was riding in my car the other day and even asked what that noise was. LOL

Just finished doing a set on my ls6 and let me say there is a world of difference. No more throttle follow, shatty GM mounts,or enginie rearing out of the hood that made my whole drive train feel like its going to clunk +clunk =kaboom. I think i maybe actually be in love with my motor mounts (seriously). The install was kinda pain in the rump due to headers being on the car etc...other than that everything went smoothly! Great job UMI. For anyone who drives the crap out of their car this is a must mod

what headers you running? any interference with the steering shaft due to the height of the motor mount

I can tell you that they do not cause any clearance issues with Kooks 1 3/4 headers. Everything fits as it should.

I was going to purchase some but I got under my car today and mine look brand new still I can't justify them yet. Fromm all the reviews though this sounds like a killer setup!

FYI looks can be deceiving. Mine looked fine until I took them out.
