Sorry gentlemen, best pics i could get are with my phone right this second so here is a teaser of crappy pics.
This was the only major headache with my install, maybe guys without factory airboxes wont have as much of an issue.
Very straight forward install and the maggie heat exchanger does not hinder anything.

That intake tube looks deformed to fit. is there an interference there? did you have to dimple that area?

Yeah thats what i explained above. Cant speak for anybody else but even with the stock rad. my maggie tube hit that fan mount. I am going to get rid of the stock airbox and see what happens.

How are the temps? What is the before/after results? I do not recall my HEX impeding radiator performance when my Maggie was in place, however I am usually running about 175* - 180* with my 160* T-Stat installed without the Maggie.
Was this strictly a performance upgrade, or was the OE leaking?

My oe was leaking so it made sense to spend the extra couple of bucks on this one. With my stock thermostat and oe rad, my temp hung out around 209-211.
Now with the new rad and a new stock thermostat it sits at 201 cruising and 203 max in traffic on an 85* day. I'm am however going to install a 160 thermostat to make the most of the new rad. Hope that

Yeah heavy, your good to go. What i did for the intake tube was take a propane torch (not directly onto the plastic) and heat up the spot that interferes with that fan mount for a good 10-15 mins and then very quickly put everything together so it wouldn't lose the shape i needed before it cooled down.
This is just temporary for me right now until i have time to get rid of the stock airbox.

did you leave the HEX and inter cooler reservoir all connected. I'm trying to tackle this now and of course only the best things happen to me. when pulling in the radiator (which does seem like it will slide in while connected to the fans),the HEX pressed into the PS cooler and punctured it!!!
