That sucks man. Those g8's run good though. My chic has a black 09. Stock as of now with just a resonator/muffler delete with SLP tips and I limo'd the windows and put some black powdercoated camaro SS wheels on it with 275/30/20 and 255/35/20 tires. I'm talking her into a cam, headers, other bolt ons and a tune. Runs strong though already.

Soulja... Did u run 4 quarts of the redline ATF or put that one different quart in yours like fuzzy did?

Well I may go that route now. Car wouldn't hold the tune so it's in the shop. They loaded it but midway, it went into slow learn mode and then the car ran like crap afterward. G-Force ordered me a new PCM keyed to my vin so they are going to retune the car on the new one. They said this happens every once in awhile where the pcm acts up. They are gonna test swap it first to ensure thats my issue. While I'm waiting, I may just go ahead and order the redline online since I'm no longer in a rush.

Bumping this for my own use. Think im going to run that redline mix since others are doing it with good results. I just hope it doesn't cause any premature wear.

Apple to oranges my man. Big block V8's don't require all those high rpms.
