My stock LS6 V w/150 shot Dyno...
Dynoed my V today....Car is stock other than a Muffler delete. Last time I went I was still on the stock clutch (105k miles) and when we sprayed a 100 shot it smoked the clutch lol. So I went ahead and installed an LS7 Clutch and Flywheel and put the 150 shot pills in and went back. Car made 337/342 on motor and 468/541 on the 150 shot. Was a little worried about my new LS7 when I saw it pull 541 ft/lbs but we did another nitrous pull right after and it held like a champ...Overall im pretty happy with the numbers and I believe I am about at the limit of my stock pump(I know I know...But I was willing to risk it with the pump since my fuel pressure looked good). Im no expert so I figured Id ask if these # seem about right for the 150 shot....(P.S...Setup is Nitrous Outlet Wet Kit w/Brand X Solenoids spraying through a nozzle and pulling off fuel rail. 91 octane, BR7EF plugs, Pulling 6" with HSW interface and setup on an MSD window switch 3000/on 6200/off, 950psi bottle pressure. I know I could have had them run it to 6500, but I was happy where we were at)

That is good to hear!!!! I dont feel like doing the clutch again!! Im stock when off the bottle so im not worried other than when i spray...but 4th gear dyno pulls are harder on the clutch than 2-3 roll ons on the street so i think it is gunna be plenty strong....fingers crossed!

I put 30+ bottles through the stock clutch with a 150 shot and it held pretty well!!! Its those 4th gear dyno pulls that get ya....so if anyone is spraying stock clutch they should be ok with anything below a 150 shot, but if you dyno make sure to set your window switch to 5000rpm on or something lol...thats the only way i forsee the stocker living through a dyno pull(unless you have a progressive or something)

Perfect timing! Glad to hear some stout #s! I have a Maggie on my 04, and I'm looking at the Nitrous Outlet Magnacharger 90mm kit (100 shot). http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...searchResult=1
Do you have plans for the fuel system? I need some ideas / advice. I'm lost in the sauce when it comes to this stuff.

I may throw a racetronix pump in and check how it looks on the current shot and then throw a lil more nitrous in so I can hit that 500hp mark.....or do it the right way and leave the stock pump alone and throw in a standalone system w/walbro 255 and some vp100

Killer numbers. Wish I wouldn't have seen this, cuz it makes me want to spend money lol.
I'm sure you already are, but start saving now for a new clutch. The dual mass turd will start slipping soon!

Insane Torque, love it!!! Next mod, nitrous... Just always been worried about burning up the bottom end, how safe is tossing 150 shot into the stock motor? or for that matter stock rear end..

Ive put over 30 bottles through it ranging from 100-150 shot....motor is all stock as is the original rear end...Do not spray in 1st gear if you want to keep the rear together!!!

and the build list begins...
Thanks for sharing, I may hit you up on some specifics on your setup down the line!

Also makes me tempted to throw a nitrous setup on the car. Last time the car was dyno'd it put down 430/385, so I'd love to see what a 100-150 shot would add to that. So tempting....
Any chances you could post up some pictures of your setup?

Ill post up pics tomm...I started with the basics but next thing I knew I started adding.....purge, remote opener(i decided it was a pain to have to get out to open the bottle in the trunk) Now its just a flip of a switch to open/close. Then I wanted to run the 150 shot so I added the HSW interface to pull timing. I sprayed a 100 shot for a while without a purge or opener or interface and had a blast. A heater is a must though as well as a window switch and WOT Switch....but a purge isnt needed but it is something I would suggest to get the most from the setup(plus nothing is funnier than the look on peoples faces when a old man caddy purges at a stoplight lol).......I started spraying soooo much that I now have the local gas supplier deliver 75lb mother bottles and I fill my own bottles....Much cheaper.
