not a bad idea, but you hear nightmare stories about guys sucking water through their fender wells and hydrolocking.

So the filter is in that metal piece and it routes right into the fender? Am I following that correctly?

Yea the filter is in there. Had i known the site was gona die i woulda saved the dimensions and diagram they had. The entrance of the cylinder was 4", and you could use a normal cone filter
