Default Intake Fabrication

Google Intakehoses.com and you'll find all the components that you will need to make your own intake tube.

The aluminum tubing is priced by the foot, and you'll need around 9" or so, depending on what elbow you use. Applying the beer theory (You can have too little, but never too much ), I would buy a foot just in case.

They TB is about 3.75. I found a 3.75 silicone elbow somewhere on the net.

I bought the 3.75 elbow with 10 inch legs and I cut one side short and pieced it to the other side to get the correct length.

This is a pic of an FFV v2. Note that the 4" TB conection works fine with an LS6 78mm TB, and LS2 90mm, or an aftermarket 90mm. This design has no hump hose, but to keep it from pulling loose, I just loosened the LPE airbox/divider to car connections.
