PISNUOFF/Hurst shifter and really loving every minute of driving the V now! A bit Notchy, but no more slop and having a hard time finding 1st or reverse.
And I also added the revshift tranny insert which also improves shifting, but did that last weekend.
Next up, revshift motor mounts which I'm not looking foward to! Lol

Forgot about this thread. booked time on friday at three different shops for the coming weeks. First stop is at the audio shop for some tweaking on my audio install from December. Adding a third amp, rebuilding the sub box, and tweaking the EQ now that all the driver's have broken in. Next stop is at Speed Inc for an LS7 clutch install. Going to have them install some DEI tunnel shield, hi-flow cats, new O2's, and a basic tune. While the trans is out, they'll drop it off with Chuck at Finish Line Transmissions to replace my reverse synchro, anything else that looks worn, and a few basic upgrades while the case is open. Should all be done just in time to reinstall the summer wheels/tires. If I play my cars right, I'll get this powder coated before they go back on.
Its going to be a real drag to drive the work van home everyday. At least it's a 2014.

Used some zip ties to finally pull up the cover behind the front bumper that has been hanging down bugging me because those plastic little clips broke.
Took the ground under the hood strut off and cleaned it off hoping that is what's causing my annoying high oil temps.
Plus I have been looking at mods an awful lot over the past few days. Considering long tubes and a cam. Honestly the only thing besides money holding me back is it's nice to have a car for the first time ever that can pass smog.
Oh, and I cleared out a spot in the garage in my new house for the v

Drove it 2100 miles to the north. Then washed it one of two times before being covered and stored until I move north. Btw Conti DW's in the cold are not bad. In cold with sleet and snow. Bad idea.

Got it tech inspected, changed the oil, scrubbed/heat cycled some new R-compounds, all in preparation for a HPDE this weekend. First event of the year, been too long since the last event!
Edit: And then I drove 4mi away and realized I forgot to put the brake cooling ducts in the car. Bummer.

Picked the car up from the audio shop earlier this week. I had anticipated the OEM trunk light being blocked by an amplifier and preemptively installed a new 24" warm LED strip along the top of the trunk. This shot is at night with no ambient light. I'm very happy with the results even though it ultimately wasn't necessary. Two unanticipated amp failures (carry overs from a previous install) led to a very costly upgrade, but the upside was that the new amps have a much smaller footprint.

After the first round of audio upgrades in December, I was annoyed by a minor trunk rattle that I could hear outside the car when I stopped to fill up at the gas station, which seemed like it was happening a lot
When the car went back in, I had them cure all potential resonances in the trunk lid area. Lid shuts like a bank vault now.

Since I'm posting pictures of my trunk, I might as well throw one up of my LED install. I replaced the reverse lights with 25W 7443 CRE bulbs from eBay. I didn't want or need the output of the 50W or 80W varieties living in the city and the 25W versions worked out great. I also installed two license plate LED's and a small 5000K LED strip below the reverse camera to fill in the light output over the license plate.
