I drove my car to work today.which is kinda a big deal since it has spent most of the last 3 years on jackstands working out the turbo kit and 4l80e swap.

She drives get just need to do some boost tuning and get back to making some big boy power

^Nice.

I SOLD my Silver V today :/ I'm sad about it. It was on a good path to quality parts and work.

BUT. I'll be getting into a 2011 CTSV in a few weeks I'll be starting from scratch on upgrades but I cant wait. From what I see these cars are pretty sound.

I left my $400 cover king car cover on the side of my truck and my wife took the truck while I was fishing and it's gone. She says where was it. I said hanging off the side of the bed on the drivers side. Didn't you notice you could not see the rear tire when you went to get in it???

Motor mounts. Stock driver side was so blown the drivers side of the oilpan looks like it was barfed on and the top of the mount had only about 1/2" of rubber still attached. I'm at 42k on a 2005 with aftermarket cats and exhaust and all the urethane for the trans, diff, cradle and swaybar mounts. It shifts easier and whines less now that the engine height is restored. I put in my 80A revshifts. I was trying to sell them and wait for Brian's new design but had to fix the busted one and had no bites on the RS ones anyway. Feels good. I'm sure it will last. I don't get on er much anyways.

I spent 30 minutes scratching my head while trying to figure out why I couldn't get my brakes to bleed only to realize my wife was pumping the clutch...

rear toe rods, trailing arms, front rear brake shoes, front rotors, painted calipers, re-worked the intercooler piping, rewired the alt, starter, and rear battery, built a heat shield for the starter, put in larger intercooler coolant reservoir, covered fuel lines in heat shielding wire wrap and a few other odds and ends. Didn't do it all today - most of it done this week.

Any time - well after I pull the supercharger and put it back on. Long story but I need to check something before it causes me a problem. BTW - I lol'd on your trans and tunnel shield post. I have a package of it laying next to the car right now. Thanks for the dimensions.

I will rat myself out. The caliper paint is not caliper paint but rather a cherry orange (supposed to be good to 500F) that I am trying out before I go to the V2 calipers. If this works out the V2s will get this treatment from the get go.

spare tire well

Trunk prior to lloyds mat

Ignore the filthy F14s - the V logo is the original one on the calipers. This cherry paint lets the previous layer show through.

tank on left where battery went. Tubing is lifted right now as I am working on the fuel lines behind the blower.

Difference between the CSs and the stockers

Couldn't get the flash going....

I put a battery tender on my car (actually yesterday) for the winter.

Got busy last spring/early summer doing a remodeling project and put only 1,677 miles on the car this summer before putting it to bed again.

Window welded the DS carrier bushing, added the trans tunnel shield, used form-a-gasket #3 to seal fuel fittings/pressure gauge, and re-installed the Corsa cat back.

i looked under the hood of my car for a bit as i drank my Coffey this morning. trying to plan out how to move my turbos into the engine bay and still keep the full exhaust.
and its going to be a bitch.not impossible but not at all easy.
also did alot more research on the SAS swap and 4bar rear vs triangulated 4 link vs ladder bar.

i guess i just cant leave the car alone and drive it

Default a few weeks ago

Done about a month ago but I'll post on here... All new mounts, BMR pinion support, 4" Magna flow tips welded on. Complete vengeance tune. Very happy and no parade clunk anymore.
