Default New Proud owner 2007 CTS-V

Been lurking on here for some time. and made a drastic jump from a Full-race rsx-s (500hp currently for sale) to this 2007 CTS-V I apperantly have been doing it wrong my whole life. I love this car so much, I have a baby on the way moved out and this is much more practical for me.

Anyway onto the point. I want to turbo this car but apperantly there is no space to fit one in a practical location but ill figure that out. Ill be posting some progress pics of the vehicle, I was told this is the website to be on so here I am. I bought it bone stock with 58k on the odometer.

Mods are magnaflow custom catback, H&R (trimmed) race springs with MM spacer. Uuc short shifter, black out reverse lights, custom front lip.

Go to lowes or homedepot and buy some garage door seal that goes on the bottom of the door, that's what that looks like. I remember when I was into mustangs that's what they would use. There was a write up on doing them

EZlip on ebay. I said custom cause you have to put it on and make sure it comes out even, but its fairly easy. Its a 34$ lip, they have a softer material and a heavier duty material. the heavier duty material comes with screws and you would have to drill into the bumper. the foamy material comes with 3m tape. Iam using the foamy material.

congrats on the pickup. Not a big fan of that lip I think it looks cheap on the V which already has a beautiful front clip. To each their own though!

Good luck on the turbo project. You mentioned you're glad you have this because it is practical... is this your DD?

^^^ You ain't lying. Probably the best looking home depot lip I've seen to date. I had one of my DSM way back when and I loved it, especially when considering the cost.
