Big thumbs up to Eric at K-Sport!
Long story short, THMotorsports' customer service is absolutely miserable, which ultimately lost them yet another sale. Apparently they have a reputation of this. Also, good luck understanding a word they say on the phone of you attempt to call them for any reason, it sounds like they all have socks (or worse) in their mouths when they talk over the phone.
All is well though, Eric at K-Sport got my suspension in to the warehouse yesterday, followed up with me just the way he said he would, and my coilovers are being shipped out today! Good bye 4x4 mode
