ENGINE WONT CRANK!!!
I checked the tune, i programmed the Vin, i relinked the VATS, i double checked everything and it just wont crank.
My MIL light keeps flashing, and all i see on my EFILive and HPtuners is the crank relearn...
My dealer friend shut down for the day, so i wont be able to read the BCM till after the weekend...
THIS TOTALLY SUCKS!!!

OK so today I exercise every bit of my knowledge to figure out how to get my car to start. I again tried to relink with the HP tuner it did not work so then I resorted to doing a full flush of my ECu with the EFI live it cranked, it ran and I turned it off till tomorrow. the plan is during my lunch time to start it up wash it driving down the road till I get to the alignment shop get that taken care of bring it back and take care of the tedious electrical jobs

Gonna have to yank off the oil tank and find out why i am havin pressure from the ls7 tank into the intake tube. Also i will add a drain plug so its easier to drain all the oil from the system.
Then the lights and bumpers go on and then alignment time...

We are gettin there, a workin car is better than a sittin car...
Gives me hope to work the bugs out of her.
So now i was toyin with the alignment idea for my car. Do i go with V settings or Vette settings?
Aggressive street as per Cadillacfaq is
Aggressive Street Front:
-1.0 degrees negative Camber
As much Positive caster as you can get without sacrificing camber.
Neutral (0) Toe to 1/32" Toe IN Each, 1/16" Total Max. [1/32" Toe in = +0.03 deg]
Aggressive Street Rear:
-1.5 degrees Negative Camber
1/8" Toe IN Each, 1/4" Total Toe IN [1/8" Toe in = +0.12 deg]
Rear Toe should never be Toe out (negative)
PFADT is a little different
Performance Street / Track Street Tires
-1.1 to -1.3 degrees negative Camber
7.5 to 8.5 Caster
-1/16 to 0 toe in
Rear
-0.7 to -0.9 degrees Negative Camber
1/8 to 1/16 toe in
Performance Street / Track Race Tires
-1.6 to -1.8 degrees negative Camber
7.5 to 8.5 Caster
-1/16 to 0 toe in
Rear
-0.9 to -1.1 degrees Negative Camber
1/8 to 1/16 toe in
I feel i want to do the following since i have ultra wide tires front and back
Naf Street / Track
-0.9 to -1.1 degrees negative Camber
7.5 to 8.5 Caster
-1/16 to 0 toe in
Rear
-1.0 to -1.2 degrees Negative Camber
1/8 to 1/16 toe in
Gives me hope to work the bugs out of her.

Found out why i have oil in my intake tube, i used the wrong hole on the ls7 tank as a suction line. I am now drillin the other side and addin another hole on dirty side for more vacuum.
This will resolve my issue hopefully and i will then assemble my front end and drive comfortably to the alignment shop.

I thought you were going to be using this car as a track monster? If so, you should be running -2 up front and -2.5 in the rear for camber. Even if you aren't. I'm running that on my car on the street and it handles exceptionally with minimal tire wear.
I don't remember now but are you running STS uprights? with V2 upper control arms? or all V2 front components?

I am runnin v2 upper arms with stsv knuckles
I may buy a new front engine cradle so i may reinforce it and start fresh. But shippin is gonna kill me. Does the cts and v share the same front end? Interestin question...

Ok, what about the rear?
Oil Tank is modified to my likin, the breather hoses are all done hopefully in the correct way, Headlights are installed, had to modify the oil fill hose twice to get the headlights in. I barely have enough space to slip a dime behind the passenger side headlight.
I ordered a box of M8 nutserts so i may install my rear Meth/water tank. I will then drill a hole for my -6 bulkhead fitting so everything is nice and tight. Just have to be careful of my rear amplifier, its deadly close to the Meth/water tank...
Front bumper needed a few nudges to get on, but she is startin to look like her self again. License plates are on, so cruisin to the alignment shop just got a hell of a lot easier.
I hope to drive my little girl for a bit today then check all the fluids, and for leaks, and tomorro take a nice drive home. Traffic in all, its like California rush hr where all i have to travel is 25mi but it takes 40-90mins to complete...

Am beyond FED UP with ppl in my area. I went to three alignment shops next to my office, the first one's jack is broken, For two months now, the second shop doesnt have the tools for camber and caster, the third shop only does Toyotas. And top it all off, i got pulled over by the cops on my way back to my office, excessive noise pollution. I got a warning, but still its just ridiculous how ppl do business here...
Her tune needs a lot more tweakin, idle is garbage, ans she stinks of fuel. Old fuel and well, the tune is probably on the rich side. Just found out the rear o2 sensors were not plugged in. Dunno why...
This weekend i hope to put a few hrs of drivin on it, probably will take my son with me so the wife doesnt kill me.
I called my tow truck guy and asked him to take my car to the normal shop downtown, then when its done just bring it back to my office. Tomorrows drive home will not happen, unless i find a way to hush that exhaust down by half...

Sorry to hear that. With regards to your question earlier about the alignment, here's what I'd recommend:
Front Camber: -1.5 to -1.8 degrees for aggressive street
Front Caster: +6.0 degrees or more
Front Toe: either -0.03 degrees or +0.03 degrees, per wheel
Rear Camber: same as front until the road tells you differently, unless you forgot to drill/extend your subframe mounting slots and are already at the limit of your suspension
Rear Toe: -0.08 degrees to -0.05 degrees, per wheel
Front Camber: -1.5 to -1.8 degrees for aggressive street
Front Caster: +6.0 degrees or more
Front Toe: either -0.03 degrees or +0.03 degrees, per wheel
Rear Camber: same as front until the road tells you differently, unless you forgot to drill/extend your subframe mounting slots and are already at the limit of your suspension
Rear Toe: -0.08 degrees to -0.05 degrees, per wheel

The length of the STS spindle, top to bottom, is 47 cm. In the installed condition, its length increases to 54 cm, which includes the center-to-center distance between the UCA and LCA ball joint pivot points. If you're still using the V2 90-degree conical seats (as opposed to the STS 110-degree seats), your installed length will be 5 mm longer since the V2 seats don't match the STS spindles' recesses.
In short, if you need to decrease your negative camber angle by 2.5 deg, solve for tan(2.5) = (x/545). X = 545*tan(2.5) = 23.80 mm. Therefore, you'll want to drill those slots inward by 23.80 mm or 0.937".

Took my lil girl for a 60mi run today, had one close call with a cop, but another jerk took his attention off of me.
80mph and her oil temp is 54c, water is 82, rpm is 1700, and i am gettin better than 20mpg on crappy old fuel.
Issues
1. I have too much egt above 2500 in light throttle, i was above 1200f and not even close to wot
2. I need to get the camber right, she rides like a train car
3. No cruise control...
4. Speedo needs a tiny tweak
5. Needs a nice scrub down on the inside
6. The stomp compensation needs a tweak, goes too lean with any sudden increases in throttle.
7. Have to fine a way to get rid of this whistle she makes
Other than that, she behaved very well on the road and likes to be above 1500rpm while movin or else she will buck me like a bronco
