Dash still shows 29psi for removed TPMS

With only two of my TPMS working, and one of those on the fritz, I had them ALL removed when my new tires were installed. I put them in my locker at work, which is hundreds of yards from where I park.
One sensor is flashing zero as it should, but the other one (the one that was on the fritz) shows 29 psi all the time. I've driven three 20 mile trips with no change (perhaps I need about 50 miles in a ?)
Been trying to Google this one, but I honestly can't phrase it right I keep getting bullshit. Wondering if anybody has seen this on any . Can't think of a fix on my end, s this going to require a Tech2? Will pulling a fuse reboot it to zero out?

The front right sensor worked before but now its flashing 0.
The rear right sensor, would blink 0 then go to 29 or be 15 or 16 on a cold ...but lately has been on 29.
So last night I removed my full-size spare (bought off eBay) just in ....but nope....I got the flate tire light, blinking zero and a solid 29.
Cadillacfaq staes pulling the "ARS" (seriously, wtf?) Fuse from the rear fuse panel? Bleh hoping to get some more info before pulling out all my kids carseats and ****!

What I have found is if I start off with all the sensors at a good pressure then drive somewhere with a few starts it goes to the dashes. Right now I have all my sensors in a spare wheel and tire in my shed. I tried to get them far enough away but even in my neighbors shed they got picked up somehow. When I brought my car in for the fuel module fix when I got it back it did have all dashs on the display since my tires did not have the sensors. So the tech II should work but you need to get the sensors far away.

Success, figured it out, real easy to do.
With all sensors removed and out range (or dead)
Remove Rear seat bottom.....driver fuse box ( behind driver seat, pull carpet forward few inches)....pull 10A fuse for "Trunk Dr Release".
Put key in ignition, turn to ON or start engine....TC light will illuminated , tires will all be "- - -"
Turn off ignition,
Replace fuse, turn key to on (or start engine) tires with still be dashed out, Comp mode immediately accessible. TC and Stability controllable at will.

Took like 2 minutes versus the 2 hours I spent googling **** and reading incorrect info. Spent more time removing and installing carseats.

TPMS relearn procedure....
Go in the car and shut the door. Turn the key to run position (don't start the car) and then hold the unlock button on your key fob for a couple seconds it will honk twice at you and initiate the TPM relearn.
You have to exit the vehicle and let a small amount of air out of each tire. Start with the Left Front, Right Front, Right Rear, then Left Rear. Let a couple lbs out of the tire and wait a couple seconds after letting the air out and it'll honk twice at you to go and start the next tire, etc.
Takes about 3 mins to do and you don't have to remove any fuses.

Also say you go do a trackday on some special tires. You can change them at the venue, leave them far enough away, and clear the codes out quickly to access comp mode. With the fuse out it showed the traction light.....not sure the side effects (no key fob is one). And at least you know which fuse and its location.
