Hi Everyone,

I apologize to all who read this in the owners forum, but here goes. I got in a minor fender bender today. A taxi bumped me and I definately need a new front bumper. It was like a no speed accident, so basically everything else is ok. Does anyone know or have exterience with a new front bumper price? Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

The front bumper plastic is not bad to remove and replace. Almost all the connections are those plastic push/snap retainers. If you try to replace it yourself buy some extra, there are two sizes for the front end.

I have had mine off because I was thinking of blacking out the grills. Not sure if I’m going to do it or not.

If your grills are going to be replaced, I would love to have a set to experiment with.

Thank you for your feed back. Fortunately mine damage is not that bad. It's a little dent above the front wheel well, and bome torn back plastic on the left bumper. I don't have to change out my grills, sorry. I would like to see some pictures if you do decide to paint your grills, I think that would give it a cool make over. I was parked a gas station the other day and a CTS was coming down the street, because I only saw it through my mirror I didn't get a good look at it though. I wanna say I definately did have a V grill and I think it was blacked out.

I found a wheel refinishing shop that would tint the wheels and grill/trim to match for about $500.00 dollars. I am giving it serious tought. If I pull the trigger, pictures will be posted!
