It weas a typo error on my part, sorry about that. I went in and changed it.
The 2004 and 2005 are virtually the same, this V here is an '04.

Love the kit and appreciate your hard work! I am in the planning stage of getting one of your kits. I am married so as some of you may know purchases can be much more complicated than need be.

We have a CTS-V coming back in that we installed an ATI ProCharger D-1SC on. Nothing wrong with it, the customer now wants even more power. We're going to add a stroker crankshaft, forged rods and pistons, AFR heads, and we're going to design a fuel system for it. We will be adding an overdrive crank pulley and we're shooting for 750+ rwhp.
Work will begin as soon as the customer gets the car back from having a built rear-end installed. Bob

Sounds sweet! May I ask where you're getting a 'built rear-end'?

Thanks, the customer sent the V to a place out East. I'll find out for you. Bob

Place your ATI ProCharger order with me at the SuperChevy/Indy event, and I'll drop the price another $100.00! We will have four cars at the ATI ProCharger booth area. Bob

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the MSD team was mounting the ProCharger and getting 408 LS2 ready to drop back in between the fenders. We really need to thank the guys at Exotic Performance for their help in getting the right parts to fit the ProCharger under the hood.

The first V that we did an ATI ProCharger on is back at our shop for a tune-up. This V has been sold, and the current owner lives much closer to us in Chicago. We are going to add some of our updates to it that we have added, since first coming out with this kit. Bob

That is good to hear that you're mopping up other cars! I liked the way your car drove with your wheel/tire combination, and it looks great! Thanks! Bob

The new LS2/402 that we are putting into this V is going together, and the ATI ProCharger F1A is on it's way to us. The AFR 225cc heads have arrived as well. We're shooting for 850 rwhp in this 2004 CTS-V. Bob

This V is coming along nicely. We had to notch into the shock tower/inner fender as the F1A is slightly larger than the P/D series blowers. I'll post pictures this weekend. Bob

I just started loading pictures in yesterday, with many more to go this morning. I'll also be adding more as we get the V completed. Bob

I'm planning to do the Procharger in 2009 when my warranty goes out.

Still saving my money now, but how long does it take? I'm all the way up in Toronto.

Also go black mesh grilles. Is there a way to paint the intercooler black so it doesn't show through the mesh?

It takes approx three days to complete the installation and to tune it on our dyno. The intercooler can indeed be painted black. Thanks for inquiring. Bob

The F-1A blower is just enough longer than the P and D series that we had to cut into the wheelwell to make it work. Stucturally it should be as strong, if not stronger than it originally was as the sheetmetal was quite thin. Bob

We removed the Kooks 1-3/4 stainless headers from the V that we are currently building for Bob Johnson, and replaced them with larger Kooks 1-7/8 headers. Guess what we have for sale? Best offer takes them. These headers have hardly any miles on them. Bob
