Sounds real nice!! Looks to be just a tad on the rich side when you hit it though a smaller "power valve" maybe?
Now all you need is a nice lightweight aluminum flywheel to get that thing to rap like it should!

That smoke is from the new headers. They put in a spec 3+ clutch and whatever flywheel they use, so it's going to be ready

We weren't flooring it when we revved it us, as the engine is fresh and has just a base tune in it for the 382 ci with newly installed 60lb injectors. We literally just installed the headers and new cats minutes before I shot this video. The Spec stage 3+ clutch/pressure plate and new flywheel are half the weight of the stocker. Bob

OK Bob. The suspense is KILLING ME (or should I say my brother). Any news yet?

I drove your V this weekend to put miles on it, the engine felt tight at first, but it's really freeing up rather nicely. The response is coming back to it. The new Spec Stage 3+ clutch is really a great clutch, no chatter at all to it!
It is Monday afternoon, and we are just getting your car strapped down to the dyno.
With any luck we'll be getting some pulls on it today. Bob

So that is 69 or 70rwhp over pervious dyno numbers?
I would love to see the graph...taht torque peak must be sweet!!
So basically, a recap...
this is a built 382 short block with stock ls6 heads, d1-sc @ 10lbs., headers, intake (stock ls6 manifold though), and exhaust.
What is the compression ratio?
HEy bob, your mustang dyno, is the unit that you can simulate the numbers from a dynojet? Just wanted to know if these where corrected similarily or not. Either way, this motor will only get better with time.
congrate guys...let see another vid huh? I love those!!!!

The lbs are the same right? Im sure with the new ci'z you'll need to adjust the a/f tables.
Did you do anything to da valvetrain? Cam, springs...etc. I dont think reading anything on the EEP site. You could possibly raise your rev limiter to 6700 or so but since its a stock valvetrain im not sure it would be wise.
I do remember seen your old graph and your motor wanted to pull more than what you maxed it at. maybe a small raise to 6700 or 6800 could yield a few more ponies and a snappier upshift but it would be wise to upgrade your springs and components. A good set of chromoly pushrods could go a long way.
Im sure you must be stupidified with excitment brotha.....hope you get her back soon.....oh, please, let see some vids of here running around..these rides look so sweet!! I seem to forget since im always driving how awesome they look rolling down the road!!
congrates playa!!

We kept the same Z06 camshaft, although we added Comp pushrods. The heads are still the same. We are now seeing 11 lbs of boost at 6000 rpm, as we went down to a 3.5" pulley to compensate for the larger displacement. We did an initial tune adjustment for the addition of the 60lb fuel injectors that we added, but we need to richen the tune up some more.
So it comes down to 1 more lb of boost, more displacement, and a whole lotta of fun... Bob

ya well when you want to sell the set up just let me know LOL. I have the wheels and they are great, now just need the setup you have. Would be sweeeettttt. O well I guess I will just have to deal with my measly old 458 rwhp car for now.
