Yeah, I guess not alot of people pay attention to detail. So far, only you and one other guy has picked up on it. The best way to get a better look is click on the photo and then, click on it again and it will blow up in a separate window bigger.
Well, I guess you know that the back-ups must be removed from the car.
I prepped the plastic with some bad-*** chemicals and then, placed some tape across the lens and use an exacto knife & a homemade V template to place over the tape. Cut around the V template and remove all excess tape, leaving only the V. Then, use Krylon Metals paint. I think it comes in several colors, ie; red, blue, purple. Apply very thin coats, gradually building up to a glossy finish. Let dry thoroughly. Block off the newly painted section and clear coat the V, to reduce the indentation. Let thoroughly dry [overnight] and reassembly. After several days. Wax.
EVERY, Redline; Red Jewel Tint/Infrared, should have this and should have been done this way from the factory. I hated those "Big White Puss Head" lights on the back of every colored V. If the car was "Diamond White" then, that would be a different story.

Guess I should post this here before I sell the car, loved it while I had it. I'll probably get a V2 after I get in the house and pay off my truck.

Awsome black V. How & what do you use to get those pictures?

Yeah, the truck . . . cause we know . . the truck is more practical. -- V=fun toy.
One should be proud to have that V of yours.

But, those pictures . . . . how you do that?
