The E55 was silver. Funny thing is that most of them that I see are silver.

But, most of us are trying to determine whether or not a STOCK E55 and a Maggied V are good matches. All of your samples about how fast a STOCK E55 refer to timeslips and friends with MODIFIED E55 cars...so we're talking about 2 different animals and that's not the subject of this thread.

And...I only referred to auto mags b/c you keep referring to internet drag times. We both know that neither source is 100% accurate, dependable or real-world reproducable.
Hey, guys. Came to this thread by accident. Two of the links from the dragtimes website are to my bone stock E55. In one, I ran a 12.07 @ 116.85 at e-town on Continentals. In another, I ran an 11.901 @ 117.23 at Atco on PS2's. I was at e-town yesterday and ran an 11.915 @ 117.38. Again, bone stock on street rubber (PS2's).

I am not sure what a a mag'd CTS-V runs, but I wanted to give you guys a reference point. I think the CTS-V is a hell of a car. Enjoy it.

Damn they are damn near dead even, and not too far away from what my car runs with traction issues. Those #'s for the E55 are some of the fastest I have seen, how do you launch TC on or TC off? My brother has an 03 CL600 and that car feels like a low 12 high 11 second car if it can hook up!

I launch with the ESP on. I lower the rear tires to 22 lbs and do a burnout in the waterbox before each run.

Heck any car that can run 11's is a killer from a roll IMO! Impressive times!
