It was on CL quite a while ago. I had been talking to him about it for a week or more...
Just didn't work out for me, but I wish he would have gotten back to me before I went and found something else, kind of kicking myself for that one.

I have no interest in the sale or anything, I just think its going to be a good deal for someone...

All of his contact info is above, I asked him and he approved of me putting it here.
I told him someone would more than likely ****** it up quickly once it was put up......

I just spoke with him and will try and go look at it in the next couple days.
If it is what he says it is I have every intention on buying it.

Good luck.

I would have bought it, done heads/cam/intake/clutch and been into it for less than the 22K I was looking to spend (crazyness if you ask anyone here, lol)

Just wasn't the right timing for me I guess....let me know how it works out for you.

Thanks
Stan

Good luck with it today. I told him it would sell in less than a week if I put it up here for him.

No I didn't itsslow, went out a day before this guy got back to me and looked at a built C5....and it was too good to pass up hoping he would get back to me, so I bought it.
I like it alot and it will be a nice toy for now.
I am sure I will get into a V at some point. I only keep most cars for maybe a year and then move on to the next "project"

Actually kind of glad I didn't buy one right now though, b/c then I would have to come here and hang out with some real twits to find info and swap parts with.
(not speaking of you, thankfully a few kept out of the melee that originated as my classified ad)
I didn't end up much better though, since now I have to e-hang with the vette guys. Basically screwed either way I guess.

Haha, just goes to show how slow communication can blow sales.

Don't get me wrong, its not like he took a week to get back to me, it was over a weekend, but I had already scheduled to look at this other car, and I honestly was not sure this one here would have been around long enough to pass the other one up for.....

But looks like it should work out, we'll see if SVT F150 comes home with it....

You need to get that from Francis.

I'll start up a new thread with some thoughts on the car soon.
