Default F/S: Kooks catted 1 7/8" ceramic coated headers

Starting a new thread to clean it up. I am selling my longtubes since I will be putting the car up for sale soon. Ill start by saying they came off a lowered car and have the typical "dents" on the bottom of the collectors and on one of the cats. This is cosmetic, but it is there and shown in the pics. I bought them this was and have since had them cermaic coated inside and out and polished. I also had the outside of the cats coated and polished. Come with the gaskets and harware. They are the big ones at 1 7/8" and the catted connector pipes are direct bolt on for a corsa catback. They can be easily modified by a muffler shop to fit any others from what ive heard. I have a corsa so this was perfect for me. I NEVER installed them after the coating inside/out so they are fresh and ready to go. I am asking $1,300 shipped to your front door or even cheaper if you have a business address I can ship to. Email me if interested. Thanks for looking.

These fit the 04-07 LS6 and LS2 CTS-V

Wow that's high. I bought my Corsa and the same headers with cats and without for under $1000. Good luck with the sale.

Remember about $100 is shipping. I also never indicated anywhere in my post that the price is firm. Its a starting point. You got a good deal obviously, so don't be a d!ck head and try to compare this to the steal you got, used corsas go for 600 or more pretty often. Also, your post doesn't really make sense. You got headers "with cats and without?" How the hell do you do that? lol.

Wow, I don't think that's a usual deal by any stretch, but nice score!

I think that is well over priced. Luke has had countless deals hovering around that price brand new.

Good luck with your sale.

A reasonable price for these would be around $750. That's what I would pay.

I hate it when I put something up for sale and then all these guys come on saying anything else other than:

- This product is great! I have it too.
- GLWS
- This buyer is straight up.

Now, if the buyer is a lying piece of ****, that should be said. But it shouldn't be a place to discuss other deals, products, etc.

The price is negotiable. The coating was about $250 so there is no way I would sell these for $750. I will literally put them in the trunk of the car when I put it up for sale as an incentive to the buyer if $750 is all they are worth. I am asking $1200 plus the actual shipping charges and again, that is only the asking price. I guess some people forget how this works. If someone wants to make an offer, feel free, you are more than welcome.....

You probably shouldn't put up something for sale that is used and dented for nearly the same price it's available new. I don't see a single negative post directed at the OP. What I see is advice being given to a seller who's sale is doomed at the price advertised.

I don't know how much my exact setup even is new. I haven't priced them in 2 years. I don't need the money per say. It would just be nice to sell these and put the money in savings for a downpayment on my V2 this summer. Lol. Which yet again is why I say if someone is interested, shoot me an offer. Worst I can say is no.

I'm afraid my current commitment won't allow me to ingest 5000 calories in a single serving. also, my sarcasm meter is failing. do you not like the size of my wheels?

well, the pricing i was referring to was from luke at lindsay that he's posted from time to time for $13xx with catted connectors, although not polished/coated (i believe). considering many of us here are familiar with that pricing, i felt it was mandatory that you knew this in case you noticed an absence in activity with your sale.

however, those do look real good despite any discrepancies from your car being lowered. you could get some good coin for them, but i don't think it will be over $1,000. ofcourse, if you're putting it towards a new V it just makes it that much more of en enticement to get top dollar for them, so again, good luck!

Lol yeah haven't heard that one in a while. Anyways the way I decided on price for mine asking 900 the headers plus the fresh coating and then shipping. Of course I'm not sure if that price from luke is shipped but if not then that puts mine about 400 or so less which I felt was fair considering the 4 or 5 thousand miles and they dents on them. Maybe they'll sell but if not no biggie they will just go with the car.
