Default I know this isn't news to anyone

But I just moved from a V1 to a V2 yesterday.

What a MASSIVELY different car, and a 100% improvement. The V2 does everything the V1 did, but better. The technology is really great, but after getting a feel for the suspension and power, it's an amazing car that bests the V1 everywhere.

If it were possible to fall in love with a component, I would pick the Recaro's. Cargasm. Seriously.

Congrats! My boy has a nasty modded V2 and after driving it and riding in it multiple times, I hate my car. Lol jk still love my car but I'd give my left nut for a V2!!

V1 to V2.... it's the way to go. I have the exact same feelings. Such a better car in every possible way but I loved my V1 and miss it sometimes.

I drove my V2 hard in the last few days and the rear will take anything you give it. I also hit 165mph yesterday like it was nothing.

I love the v2's but i'm thinking long-term and there's nothing like getting a first generation bad *** car. The v1's do have their issue's but it gives them character. lol Congrats on your new ride tho.

Grats man yea I'm sure most of would make the switch if it were possible... Although I still love the v1... Despite what the general ignorant public says "oh it's not the supercharged one?".... "yea and you just got your *** whooped by it!"

The more I drive this car, the more I love it. I figured I was 2 years away from affording it, and a once-in-a-blue-moon deal came my way.

Sold the V1 to my best friend. Since the V2 is an auto, he's now giving me endless **** about no longer being a real driver.

Too bad the V2's mirrors look like they are upside down.

Yes, the V2 is amazing. I just finished with a 2.50 upper pulley, CAI, and a Tune. 555rwhp/545rwtq in 93 degree heat! Not bad for the family wagon.

Man, the only car I would give up my G8 for is a V2. These things are just nasty!

Mirrors? Mmmkay. I guess when you can't find anything else...

We played yesterday, my old car and the new one. It wasn't pretty for the V1.

I'm already budgeting for the intake, pulley and tune. 500-550 to the tires is where I want the car. Then it's all about selling body parts for tires and gas. Ouch.

I'm not hating on the V2 really (except the mirrors, lol)......I just find the V1 a lot sexier. The lines, the quarters, the rawness if you will, everything about it. Just one man's opinion.

You know its goofy as ****, but I like the V1's daytime look from the front 100x better. I LOVE the orange DRL's with that aggressive grill. The V2 is mean, but it's not THAT mean.

Now go up to the hood, and the mean starts to show.

But, now I have adaptive headlights, and that's soo cool! If you see a black V2 around Atlanta swerving at night for no reason, that's me playing with the headlights.

Pulley, tune and an intake and 550 to the tires makes up for even dumbass mirrors.

If you catch an open cutout rev from a black V1 with sts-v wheels, that'll be me. And no, I don't want to race.

Hey, so I've got a set of DMH low profiles in my garage that were supposed to go on my V1.

Hmm... what to do with them now.... any ideas?

LOL VinATL... i play around with the headlights like that too...probably annoying the **** out of people in front of me. I also have qtp low pro electric cutouts installed...love em.

Got plans for a pulley and tune shortly...already have the airaid. I'm expecting somewhere around 550 rwhp. For such cheap/ez mods it is awesome how much more power you can get out of the v2s.
