Just curious what everyone is running and if you prefer aggressive looking tread pattern or does it matter to you?

I got Michelon Pilot Super Sports and love them. Awesome traction even in the rain I can hammer it pretty good. And they're church quiet

X2 on the PSS'S. They stick like glue. I have them on both my cars.

Continental Extreme Contact DW
They're a bit soft in the corners, but ride nicely and the tread pattern looks nearly identical to the PSS.

They're a good looking tire and a decent price

What kind of tire you chose depends on the driving you do. Getting the feeling that if you get more than 25k on a set you're doing good.

i need a high mileage smooth riding tire which the continentals. you might be able to get 35 or 40k out if those on the highway. but I've been told they were discontinued in v1 sizes.

Need some soon. My bald Goodyear f1s ride like concrete.

I just put some Mickey Thompson Street comps on last week. So far I like them, much quieter than the worn out Dunlops that were on it.

Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. Once I wear out the rears, I'll probably switch to a DR.

I was looking at these because they have a 50k mileage warranty.

I went with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3, stock size. I wanted the grip of a summer tire, but acceptable occasional cold weather performance.

I have Pirelli P Zero Nero tires in stock size. They were on the car when I bought it, so far they are doing well.

For street tires, I just go with whatever summer performance tire is currently on sale.

Currently they happen to be Hankook Ventus Evo in 255/40/18 and 285/35/18 on TD wheels.

I just bought some Kumho (*** hoe as we call them) ECSTA LX Platinuims in 255/45s for mine. They were the best deal i could find mounted and balance around.

I just got Hankook Ventus S1 noble 2 in stock size (245/45/18) all around. So far they are very good (only had them for about 100 miles). Much better than the BF Goodrich G-Force KDW2 I had before (those got loud quick).

I'm assuming "the continentals" are the DWSs? Who told you they were discontinued, and did you look online yourself? Tire Rack has them, Discount Tire Direct has them, Ebay has them. Be forewarned that every review of the DWSs I've read says that they have extremely soft sidewalls that really kill a car's steering response and transient performance.

Goodyear RS-A non runflats. Hard tread, difficult to balance (wobble worse when they're cold) and seem to be lasting forever. Do not recommend. Always seems the tires I'm not thrilled with are the ones that never wear out.

Edit: stock size on TD wheels. Had same issues when these tires were on stock wheels as well
