01 Z06 4L60E trans
LSX 454 11.5 to 1 short block
NOS cam but haven't install NOS kit yet.
All Pro LS7 heads
All Pro intake

We were rolling into the throttle so tranny wouldn't downshift, WOT above 4000rpm.

Dyno less than 1hp loss over no filter with hood open vs K&N and hood closed.

What would the cost be on that motor?

What mods would have to be done to a 1969 Camaro SS with a 4spd manual transmission car to make this work?

What sort of weight gains would be expected from removing the stock 396ci motor and dropping this bad boy in?

My father wants to do something with this 69 SS Camaro and this has got me thinking....

We have installed a 01 LS6 motor in a 69 Camaro convertible with a Chris Alston front subframe. Check our website championmotors.ca

Engine mounts, headers,tranny bell housing,tranny cross member,clutch.

Weight savings around 200lbs.
