Default carb set up taller then truck intake?

I'm having a hard time finding out if a Victor carb manifold with carb is taller then the stock 5.3 truck manifold. With the truck intake I have about 1" to spare.

I have been thinking alot about going with a carb set up, just hate to order everything and have it not fit

Thanks

Thank you!! I was thinking the victor jr would be my best choice but could always run the Performer RPM or the GMPP intake

Too bad nobody sells a 75mm side-draft carb. But the
factory intakes are probably not that great for wet flow
anyway(?).

I think the issues would be with fuel distribution, there would be uncontrollable lean cylinders i am sure.

Measurements from valley cover to:
highest point of
super victor intake with 4150 carb 11.75
with 3in filter,base,lid 12.5

victor jr intake with 4150 carb 10.75
with 3in filter,base,lid 11.5

06 lq4 truck intake 11.5 (it can be lower if the purge solenoid valve is removed. this is the highest point)
second highest point is 10.75

Thank you.

I think it may fit. Going to get the tape out and make sure.

Think it would mess a lot of folks to see a carb under the hood of a 350Z
