Arrow Blow thru Setups & Numbers

I was wondering what kind of numbers (Dyno & Track) you guys were getting through your Super/Turbocharged Carb'd LSX. Preferably those with 400+ cubes. Thanks

EDIT: Ok??? What about you guys running Blow Thru setups on any size cubes? Surely some of you are runnin FI. I want everyone to Post up their HP/Ft-lbs and 60ft, 1/8 and 1/4 mile times.

Yep, Pretty Close :-) So what did you do for Timing? Did you run the MSD Box or a Front Drive Distributor?

Why did you go with the box? What are the advantages/disadvantages of the two?

i would love to do a front mount dist setup but at time i was collection all my parts the prices were crazy on the stuff and i stumbled onto a deal with this box so i went for it
i also like the fact it has a built in limiter, nitrous functions, and 2 step i think

my combo is a very simple deal nothing special just a lil fun street setup has OD 4l60 tranny so if i wanna jump in it and go to OKC i dont have to listen to 3K rpms all the way there

i gotta ask what are you in process of building

pening how the F1 mounts you may have an issue with the front mount dist as that setup spaces the WP out about 1-1.5"

not sure my self but i think the MSD can run a 1-3 bar map system

I absolutely love the msd box.... you can tune it yourself plus it has a two step and rev limiter built in. i despise distributor set ups now so that was not an unbiased post....lol

I have a blow through LQ4. I use the GMPP manifold and 6010, not sure what the distributor gets you over the 6010 except supposedly some of the earlier 6010 acted up for some people over 7500rpm or something, seems like alot of $$$ and pain in the ***. The 6010 is great, it is so easy to hook up and change timing with.

Can you post up some more details on your set up. Like vehicle, boost #s, hp, carb, timing on and off boost, drivablity on the street?

Hi I got a stock longblock 346 ls1, big N/A cam, springs etc which is not ideal for a blower. Victor single plane intake, holley self modded blow thru carb, msd box and intercooled vortech t trim with 9 or 10 psi. 480rwhp 550tq.

transbrake turbo 400, 3000 stall and 9" diff with 3.7 gear. rev limit at 6500 but can't get my timing info because my new laptop has windows 7 and my serial/usb thing isn't compatible. think it ramps down to 15 or 16 at 10psi boost and I only use the map table to tune. Rpm graph is zero'd out.

What compression was it running and why only 10psi?
Are you limited to low boost when you run with a Carb?
