I am using a throttle cable bracket/linkage made by Summit, but a lot of other companies market brackets with this exact design and they're all pretty much the same from what I've seen.
For the cable I'm using a Lokar universal that is cut to length for your application. You can kinda see it sticking out behind the aircleaner here.
The main issue with the design of these types of throttle cable brackets is they are mounted high and won't let the throttle arm pull over center if they aren't set up correctly. Therefore, you may not be able to achieve WOT. The trick that I found in Holley's instructions (yes, they also sell this same stye bracket) is to actually use the large hole in the throttle arm as both the return spring connection point AND the throttle cable attachment point. You do this by replacing the L bracket bolt for the return spring with a threaded ball stud for attaching the throttle cable. I don't have a good pic of this, but at the very end of this crappy phone video you can see where the throttle cable is attached.
As for your question about an EFI regulator, I assume your looking for a unit that will regulate EFI pressures down to a carb friendly range? If so, I'm using this one from Aeromotive to regulate my A1000 pump: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/AEI-13204/
It's a bypass regulator so you'd have to run a return line. In fact, I'm not sure if you could deadhead EFI pressures down to 7psi or not, so most of your options would probably involve a bypass. Here's a picture of mine mounted on the car.
I hope this helps give you some ideas.

none what so ever. my csr bracket has allen set screws to adjust the tension on the cable, once i got the slack cable adjusted it was perfect. For the end of the factory cable i did fold over and "loop" and crimp it twice using cable crimps to shorten it up a bit and provide the loop for the bushing on the throttle bracket.

Info on where i can get that bracket? thanks for the pics, i really didn't want to have to swap over cables or linkages so that would probably be my best bet! But i need to find the bracket... Part number please if you have it?

Are you trying to regulate a EFI fuel pump down to carb fuel pressure? I'm trying to do the same thing and that's the regulator I was gonna use. Anybody have any thoughts on that?

I'm planning on building a plate that bolts under the carb and uses stock cables and has a provision for tps where needed, saving those guys from needing a way to mount the tps. Anyone interested pm me. As for the regulating gas pump pressure down to carb pressure, no ideas other than what has been offered.
