Try and find a used TR224 on a 112. Would out perform a ls6 cam and hotcam too.

All excellent cams for a 6.0. Tq everywhere. all pull hard in a 6.0.
Brian Tooley dual springs are some excellent springs. I installed a set in a friends car not too long. quality spring for the price. Dont cheap out on springs/pushrods. Get the good stuff if u plan on beating on it and expect some longevity and reliability.
