First off, I've searched the forum and internet too much and it's just confusing me so I'm going to let my thought out on here and see what happens.
I have a 04 LQ4 with a carb that I'm trying to crank today with STOCK valve covers. Im wondering how do I run this PCV. There is a nipple at back of drivers side valve cover and one at front of passenger side valve cover. How do I put a pcv valve in this setup or do I actually need one? I was thinking run a breather on nipple in passenger valve cover and a hose from driver valve cover to rear of carb BUT i dont have a pcv valve. WTH gives here??? Do i buy a valve or something?
Or am I looking at this wrong? I'm not looking to purchase a catch can if I dont have to. How do this needs to be ran?

My driver valve cover has the pcv made in it, it slides in a grommet. I run a hose from rear of Carb to pcv in driver valve cover and a breather on passenger side. Use an inline pcv if your vc doesn't have a grommet.
