Default 5.77@120 mph with a 1.26 60'

Hey guys I took my mustang swap to the track Saturday to run the 275 street class at brainerd dragstrip. I got the car started up Friday evening and ran it Saturday. I was happy with how it ran. No tuning on it just reading plugs. Oh and it has a I.S. sledgehammer on it. Race weight was 3120.

Thanks guys. It is not a very optimal combo. It is a 370 with polluter cam, out of box tfs as cast 220, vic Jr, qft 850 carb. With a glide and 3.70 gears. That pass was on the kit. Did not have time to make any motor passes.

To keep the car from going to the bumper it only had 6 degrees of timing at 4100 and ramped it up to 15 degrees at 6000 to redline. With more time to tune and see what she likes I think it would go a little quicker. But the faster cars have 3-5 tenths on me so there are going to be some changes made to the car.

How do you like the 3.70 gear with your combo

Thanks guys.
It was 70 nitrous jets.
The 3.70 imo is not very optimal for my combo. My glide has a 1.76 low gear.

Hey man. The car has been together so long that I cannot remember what parts were used. It does have a moser9" adjustable uppers, non adjustable lowers, qa1 shocks, not sure on the springs. I believe it called a wolf racecraft anti roll bar. Sorry man that is all I can remember at the moment.
