i'm very surprised to see that. but glad at the same time. car was going too fast without one in my opinion.

What is the nhra height requirements for side intrusion bars? Here in aus, andra say between your hip and arm pit when you are seated

I think it is between the elbow and the shoulder is what the rules say here which is roughly the same thing.

I like to use Rustoleoum Hammertone..... I used black in my car which actually looks like dark gray with the silver vein in it..... I buy a quart can and use a good quality brush, when it wrinkles you can't even see the brush marks..... Makes far less mess then spraying.....

I will advise you to put on one fairly thick coat and let it dry..... Then if you have any thin spots you can hit it again..... If you go over it before it dries it will either not wrinkle or get lumpy looking..... The good thing is if you touch it up after it's dry you can't really tell where.....

This will give you a good idea of what mine looks like if you don't remember.....

That definetely seems to be the easiest option. Bagging the whole inside of the car and then being inside spraying paint sounds like no fun.

Yeah, and not matter how much you mask it there always seems to be overspray on something specially you.....
