Depending on how hard you launch, and how good it hooks, you may need to keep an eye out for fuel sloshing out the vent tube like what happened on mine. A rubber hose connected to both vent tubes with a small slit cut in the top of the curve will fix it. I footbrake, no 2-step or trans-brake on mine so I got no advice for ya there.
When was the last time you checked that you are getting full throttle? A lot of guys forget to check it. Brackets and cables moving just a hair over time can be an 1/8 or more throttle blade movement.

Our converter flashes at 5200, I bring the car out at 4000 on the T brake, have went as high as 4400. And as low as 3000, best results are 4000. This is with the 6.0 on alcohol. Just a 1.45 60 foot.

I like to hit mine hard on the trans brake at 4200. In nitrous I’ll do 3500 and have the gas on at 7300.
