Drove mine, that's about it. Be needing some Royal Purple or Mobil 1 for it though in a couple of weeks.

Smogged it, and it passed with flying colors. I hate how I can only go to a test-only/*** rape-only station. I didn't think it was going to make it though. That car's been a trouble-maker since day one, but I'll tell ya, preventive maintenance obviously pays off...

Ordered some conventional (Non-Fbody LT1 specific) "Tall" centerbolt aluminum valve covers http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...-1&showValue=1
and a Zoops "Alternator Riser Bracket" http://www.zoops.com/featprod-window.asp?ID=8175_8176 so that I can use the passenger side VC w/o grinding the alternator or cutting/welding the new valve cover to account for the alternator housing protruding over the valve cover.

I had picked up a spare set of steering wheel controls a couple months back at a local junk yard. Finally decided to change the bulbs in them to LEDs that match the rest of the bluish white light in the interior.

Lucky =(

I'm pressed trying to get mine all fixed (and hopefully worthy) to pass by the 6th.

I think my EGR is bad, but I have no idea and thats last on my list.

Today I finished taking out the cracked radiator, should have my next one tomorrow and hopefully installed before it gets late. Then I gotta get some pipes to run out the back more permanently that don't look like ****.

Uh no the SS cars did not come with square tips. At least not the LE's. They came factory with round tips standard or the CME or dual dual setup as an option.

So while I appreciate the fact you wanted to be smart and coy but look at the fact I have an SS NOT a Z before you tell me my tips were supposed to be square.

And if I am wrong I just made myself look that much more like a dumbass and I will accept that. LOL
