7.25 in the 8th is picking it up! Congrats! What was your MPH? Is this a N2O car?

I got a LS2 with some long tubes intake tune an few other tricks NA no spray wont ever put NOS on it... NOS is like going to the strip club with a 100 bucks its fun for an hour! next is stroker motor 408 with some 72cc heads an a Turbo or two.... on the time slip it says 6.1 for trap MPH but I am guessing thats supposed to be 61mph? not really sure... some portatree timing system on an oval track pretty lame if you ask me! 1/4 mile next year!

Changed spark plugs from TR6's back to TR55's. I'm done with nitrous for a while, and wanted my smooth idle and mileage back. I'm getting entirely too quick at spark plugs. Got it down to under 30 minutes start to finish.

My car doesn't like TR6's apparently.

I might wash her tomorrow, she's dirty.

I have a window motor replacement upcoming as well, the driver's side is about to die.

Is this a kit? If so, where did you get it?

I took it out and did some launches with it on street tires. It's real hard to get this thing to hook on street tires, too bad the rear wont take DR's.

Maybe he doesn't want to roll the fenders cause he wants fat ones. Or he's just misinformed.

You just need to take it easy off the line. 11's with a 10 bolt & still going strong.

Put in Kee Audio speakers and the driver side door speaker still does not work.

They can take a surprising amount of abuse. Mine went nitrous assisted 11's for years before finally dying (shorn ring gear teeth) at the MTI spring break shootout in 2003. Best of 11.1 @ 121mph on the stock 10 bolt 3.42's that came in the 1996 car. Mostly with 1.6 sixty foots on the bottle. It was when I went from the stock rimmed M/T ET streets to the 28" Hoosier Drag Slicks that the 10 bolt started hatin' life and died.

This happened when I put Mickeys on it for one day. No launches just a REAL hard shift from first to second.

UPS just dropped of my new 2400/2600 stall TH350 Torque Converter.

I spent a good part of yesterday getting the car ready to drop the engine and T56 for the Heads and TH350 install.
