Funny thing, the wires that was melted ended up being the wheel speed sensor for the front passenger side. The breaking up issue I thought I had was simply my mistake when I relocated my MSD 2 step box. I plugged the ground into the wrong trigger pigtail. So my 2 step was always engaged lol! Easy fix.

Still waiting on the VFN hood, looking forward to receiving it sometime in June.

What have you guys done with the engine harness? I have my stock pcm and harness that i'm going to reuse with my LS7 based engine...but i don't need the air pump, etc. connectors...Do you just fold it up and tuck it away or what? What did you guys do?

thanks

Latest video on the channel, there's a couple of runs in there with me and acouple of friends.

One 1998 Z28, 402 LS2, trickflow 235 heads, Fast 102, build 4L60e, Holley terminator controlled, 3.90 gears, 28" tire, QA1 coilover setup, 520whp. From a dig, we spun hard, I pulled 1.5 cars on him 1/4mile. From a 40 roll, he took the hit since our cars were too loud to honk, I pulled onto his rear fender and we locked up from there to 130.

The 2020 ZL11LE is an A10, completely stock at the time, put down 564 whp. From a dig, I got him same as the z28, 1.5 cars to 140mph. 40 roll we used an over pass as a marker and I was 1.5 cars at 140 again. Like and Subscribe if ya'll enjoy the content, thanks!

I jus uploaded a video on YouTube as well. You got me inspired to make sure to document it on YouTube like you're doing.

How are you getting it to post the thumbnail and video link on here? Maybe it's because I'm trying to do it on my phone 😅...might need to start up the ole desktop

Keep up the videos and forum posts! I plan to do the same. When my cars is all done we will have to meet up and have some fun!

Excellent, all you need to do it copy and paste the direct link to the video and post it. Looking forward to seeing your content. I have a bit to edit and upload in the next week or so!

Thanks man I really appreciate it. I need to update this build thread. I been putting a lot of time towards the Youtube Channel.

Put the car on the dyno last Friday after work and it put down 566/570 to the tires. Other than the engine top end change, my rear tire height was changed from 25.5 "to 28". I'll go into more detail when I get my dyno graphs digitally from the shop.

Yes, it makes LT4 type torque but hp definitely peaks early. I think I may gain on the track by lowering my shift points. It seemed to rev out noticeably slower on the 28" tires vs the 25.5" tires I had on the previous dyno run with the cathedral setup.

Went autocrossing in the Camaro with no power steering. The pump is fairly new but lost power steering. I plan to send my rack to Turn One and purchasing one of their pumps.

you have the longer stroke 427 correct? it does make a lot of torque so yeah using the tq curve may just pick up the et. The ls3 intake does that on a stroker. Maybe a shorter runner intake to get it up to 7000 or keep revs low as is.

Yes it is a 4.07" bore, 4.1" stroke. I feel I have been wasting time shifting at 7k and may make that time up shifting at 6.2K instead.
