Default 1999 Camaro Z28 Bright Red

I've been meaning to make this post for about 2 years but I finally got the camera out to take some pictures of the car, I will include more later, this was just a quick shoot after I did a quick wash. Car is a 6 speed, all stock except the wing, grill, wheels, and a long list of small SLP things, nothing performance related other than a magnaflow exhaust and a hurst short throw.

If you have an questions let me know, I will add a video to this thread later...

Pretty paint. What wing is that? How was the swap and fit? I hate the flat stock Z28.

I wish I could tell you the what it was but I got the car with the wing but fortunately the wing is matched perfectly.

What I really want is an SS hood, I talked to Hawks and they can get me one for $850 OEM, not sure about now. Something I will eventually do...

I like the SS hood, but I want a sleeper look. I'm doing that by having a beat up outside and all new under the skin. The wing however is a performance advantage and since I can hammer down at 75 mph in 3rd and spin the tires. I can use more grip. Beautiful car though, I often wish mine was clean also.

its a a good look, my friend is building a firebird formula for drifting and he’s got it all built up but has left the exterior with faded paint and scratches, I sometimes wish mine was less clean so I could beat on it...

That is a nice thing. My truck is a constant worry over the old one it replaced. I had no problem kicking the side of my old truck and miss that since almost nobody else has respect for other peoples vehicles.
