Looks like my other 7.0 liters of love will be sitting under the carport today. Sending the cylinder heads to NIckens Brothers Racing Engines next week for some work and once I get them back I'll finish the long block.

With all of this rain we're having it'll be nice to get outside and go ignite some explosives. Have a happy and safe 4th my friend and be careful out there on these roads with that bad *** Camaro of yours!

I am so tired of this rain. I haven’t driven my car or my truck in almost a month. I am almost finished with my other project but as we tried to start it Thursday I realized that my new, but 5 years old now, Holley HP125 pump is gummed up and I need to take it apart and clean it. I can’t wait for a drought! Happy 4th of July.

TUFFENUFF should be your own name, not the Camaro. Do you play the Thunderbirds song when working on your car??
Good luck with everything.

Got to finish up some suspension upgrades on my daughters truck and with any help from mother nature I'll be able to get the Camaro out on the roads some today.

Thanks to the both of you. I don’t think I will ever do a project with a paint job again. Here are a couple of pictures of the truck. Then we can get back to building your Camaro. Everyone have fun this weekend!

Here is a picture of the tailgate. Zoom in on this one.

This is a picture of the hood of my’86 C10.

WOW!

I'd get picked on by my buddies if I could get old TUFFENUFF to look like that. I was asked once if I wanted to go fast or look pretty and I said go fast and if I'm not fast then at least look pretty. Well Shocks and struts are done, time to clean up myself and my Camaro and enjoy the rest of my day. Got an invite from a client who's putting on a fireworks display in Magnolia, TX tonight and it's gonna be a blast!

Nothing new to report other than business is good and you have to get it while you can because without that none of this is even possible. I do have a rather large collection of auto parts taking up space around here and it bothers me that they're not on the car.

I've been working mostly on oil and grime cleanup underneath the car but once I get some bicycle innertubes to use as a protective layer I'm gonna install this in the car. Really looking forward to getting the MWC Fab 9 in and finishing up the fuel system.

Yeah it is a jewel of a tank but in no way a direct fit because if it was then it would strap right in and it clearly doesn't.. Nate with Nasty Performance can be hit and miss with technical support and I've reached out to him a couple of times already.

Yeah after I posted that I found the link late last night. Your pics look way better then what's on their site btw.

I've still got my oe tank on mine, but wouldn't mind upgrading.

What I didn't want was any metal to metal contact so with the help of some adhesive tape and bicycle innertube this thing is now ready to be installed. Just waiting on some M10x1.5 all thread to show up so I can make a couple of studs. This will work better than having to hold a tank up into place while trying to get extended bolt started so I can finish pulling the straps up into place. The innertube where it meets at the strap corners have petroleum jelly on them to aid in the straps movement while I'm tightening everything up.
