you can fit any engine in any car if you really want to but just get this idea out of your head.

Yea, you could cut the car in half and extend it if you really wanted to put it in the car, but its a bad idea...

Someone once posted on here this :"With a welder and skills , you can make just about any engine fit." Now here's where it gets just plain weird: This guy wanted to install a Cummins diesel engine in a '69 Camaro!

if you can stuff a falconer V12 into a C4 engine bay you can stick a Viper V10 into a Camaro bay. You might want to rule out late models for this swap; a later second gen has an extra long hood and bay however.

It would cost alot more than it would be worth. You could go stroaker or blower on an ls1 and make equal or more power for less than the cost of the swap... However I wouldnt doubt that it could be done.

I would never do it, but I would give some props to the one that did. There probably is one somewhere. Heck, we have Miatas with an LS1....

I saw on tv a guy who put a Viper V-10 into his '69 Charger and we all know how much room is in there and he even had to move the firewall back, so it would be near impossible.

I remember seeing a viper engine in that red ws6 with the flame paintjob that has the wings west body kit and commando spoiler. I think it was supercharged, too, but i guess the whole thing could have been a photoshop.

chek this out: http://www.cobras.com/elite/docs/Pics-cobras.cfm

there is a guy around here who did this too, put a viper v-10 into a cobra roadster...i'm sure the fabbing is easier on that car anyways, you just build the car around the motor...man that engine was tight in there! he was selling the whole car for 50k

I would hope noone would do that in the first place sure It would be fast but still It's not natural to put a dodge motor in a chevy and in the end you still have a lot of trouble with it mechanicly the intake system I know for a fact would be a bitch. But I did hear they put it a charger before

these were both in phr...i saw a twin turbo viper powered black charger at detroit's
autorama that was sick.......mopar actually had a yellow one set up in their display at the autoshowhennessey had a "pt crusher" concept that was supposed to have a rear mounted v10, but when it made the show rounds it was completely blacked out, they never got that project sorted out....
