Your build looks impressive and well-thought-out, targeting around 775 horsepower at the crank. Here’s my considerations and observations based on your components:

Comprehension Ratio
Camshaft
Heads

Afolly is most likely a bot.

Run as much compression as you can for the fuel you plan to use. 416ci will need everything you have to make 775hp flywheel... including some very nice headers (stepped with real collectors) etc. You probably want to set your sights a little lower unless this was 14:1 with a really nasty cam.

Do you know what the heads flow CFM wise?

Thought I would chime in maybe to help out a little. I am 4.155 bore LS7 based 15-1 on alchol. Makes 650 to the tire. So close to what you are looking for . I would suggest your cam is on the small side. You need something north of 800 lift I am 846, you are close on durations. My heads are said to flow 390 at 800 CFM if that matters.

I would lose the HV pump and F-Body pan combo.
Minimum 4.5 CID, and it will need ported to match heads and intended RPM range.
RPM is your friend, this combo will need to make power to 7600 MIN. Its doable, but things need to be right. Steel valves aren't going to help.
What ring pack?

You are going to run into cavitation issues more than likely. I know a lot of guys run into issues once they hit the 1.3X 60ft mark on them.

Look at a better aftermarket pan like the moroso.

because the pick up is in the middle of the pan. The f body pan is a ok design for a street rod/cruiser or 12 sec car. Once I started cutting 1.4 60fts it became a serious issue. I went with a china 302-1 knock off as it has the pickup tube 3" further back in the pan.
