Need Help
BTW: Mr Dragster's formula is correct if you wish to check for yourself.
A 415 cid engine with a 3.76" stroke would require a bore of around 4.188"

depends on intake flow and cam combo, need more info.
.
Besides what mrdragester sez (I & E flow @ lift and duration), I think we can safely pin it down to somewhere between 300 and 1,000 depending on compression and how well (or if) you blueprint the engine. At a minimum you're probably looking at 1hp per cid (at the crank) as that is way easy to hit even if you just slap it together.

my vote would be 300-550 as I said depending on heads (stock-killer), Cam (roller-not), carb (stock-optimal), exhaust (manifold-headers), intake (stock-optimal) ect ect
.
