LMAO... Thanks for raining on my parade lol.
BTW My fiance' says "Thats right". hahaha
She wouldn't let me put the 403 in the RS unless it becomes "her car".
I'm not ready to part with my motor just yet.
I told her to let me build a 427 or a procharged stroker and I would.

Thanks tho man! I like the RS too!

That's a hell of a list.

I don't see why it would not go 10.50's at all. It could do even better than that. Take out everything you don't need..

I would also look into having my guy port those heads. That along with a fast 102mm I think would pick up a ton. That is a lot of CI and cam for a set of stock ls6 heads. But I would keep them if I were you and get them "worked". It would add to a stockish look from the naked eye. I mean you not seeing "AFR" or "Trickflow" on the end of them. Most people would think it is a stock bottom end with some ls6 heads and a cam/intake kinda car LOL.

TRUE! I think if I was to pull the heads off tho, I'd HAVE TO put a set of TFS 235's on man! They would definentaly flow more than some worked over LS6's and I'd just throw a head plate over the end of the head on the passenger side and the p/s pump would cover the Drivers side I believe.

I really want to do a 427 build tho! I'm pretty sure my next build IS going to be a NA 427, or a Procharged Stroker of some sort!
Them are my ONLY 2 choices left to make with the car now lol!

I decided to go with a MWC 8 point roll bar in the next few months also! I'm gonna talk to him when I go get my MWC Fab-9 and see what he thinks as far as a waiting period and a price will be. If he could have it done in a couple weeks or less, I'll have him do it. If not, I'll just order a Bolt-In 6 point Wolfe Racecraft Roll Bar and use that til this winter. Then let him do it.

Well I got a little spare time to play with the car today. I didn't get home til late, SO I decided to just work on the car! I finally got the transmission back in the car along with the TSP 1 7/8" LT's... Which I must say are VERY Nicely Built. The LT's Fit AWESOME... Thank You TSP!
Here is some pics...

I got the car jacked WAYYY Up in the air to be able to slide the Trans under it with it on the tranny jack...

And I just took this pic to show how much room I have to get behind the engine if I need to. For what reason, IDK.... But oh well! It's really open there w/o the AC and Emissions BS there.

DID some more work on The Camaro Today!
I need to have this car running in 2 weeks. Long story short, I have someone who is VERY interested in buying it without the 9 inch, and he said He is just waiting to be able to drive it and we can go from there. I quoted him a price, that he is obviouslly considering!
So I guess we'll know something in a short while!
I'm kinda happy about it, b/c I already have some plans for my next build, and At the price I'm selling it for.... I'll be able to build 1 NA$TY a$$ Ride. haha
Wish me luck guys!

Here is some pictures of what I did to the car today, Not alot but at least I worked on it. lol

First thing I did was pull the Map sensor out of the FAST Intake, Tap the hole to a 1/2-18 thread pitch, and put a few fittings in there to prevent the oil leak and vacuum leak I had last year from reoccuring this year.
Come to find out, That my seal for the MAP Sensor was messed up and was leaking and allowing a vacuum leak b/c it was not flush inside the intake! I was wondering where the oil leak was, Guess i found it huh!
Also put the wiring harness back in today! That was something I've been wanting to get done soon, so I fiured I might as well do that today!

Just curious why you're gonna sell it after putting all this time and work into it? It sounds like it will be a blast to drive.

Well, to be honest with you, I don't really want to sell it b/c of how much time, money, and fun I have in this thing! BUT, I can pretty much get ALL of my money back out of the car. And to me, it's worth it to sell it and go the route That I have been wanting to go for so long. Like I said though, It's not for sure. But there is a Pretty Strong chance it will sell!

If so, I'm going to buy a Nice Trans Am WS6 or Formula Maybe a Formula WS6 if I can find 1. And then build it up. Since I'm keeping the MWC Fab 9, I'll already have a rearend. And then I'll just buy a Coan TH400 setup with a 4000 Stall and buy a NA Pump Gas 427CID LS2 Dry Sleeved Engine From ERL with TFS 235's, A FAST 102/102 Setup, and a decent size cam. And then slowly add all of the suspension to the car while I'm building it! With that said, I'll be on the hunt for 9's my next time around!

I have learned something along the way. With building this car I found out where to spend the money and where to NOT spend the extra $.
So I am confident in building a VERY stout Street/Strip car my next time around with the Budget I have in mind!

Just hoping he buys it now! lol

Finished up with the accessories and Battery Cables today. And the wiring harness is finally all hooked up now!

Planning on finishing up the Transmission stuff (Driveshaft, Tq. Arm, Shifter Cable, Trans. Cooler, Lines, etc.), Starter, P/S Pump Pulley, Put the other Valve Covers back on, Install new plugs, Coils, Plug Wires, Put the PCM Back In, And anything else that I can get done tomorrow!

Although that's a big list to accomplish in 1 day, so we'll see what happens!

Then, I'm gonna try to put on the Exhaust Friday Afternoon.
Might be able to start it.

So much to do, So little time!
It seems like I'm never gonna finish it, but I'm getting closer all the time! haha

Here is the pics of today's progress!
