Hehe the idea to convert a car began in 2002. Started gathering all the info and parts i needed in 2004. Finished in 2006 due to not having any time. never had any real reference points because there were only two swapped cars in existance. And both were 97s. Soon after i completed mine it became more common to see them around. As for me i like the 93-97 front better.

Lot of time there.. I started mine in March of '07 and finished in June '07.
I hear ya about not having any help..there were maybe a handful of swap cars when I asked around for info, and none of them wanted to help so I was on my own.

I finally quit holding on to the lt-1. I'm putting my 383 up for sale. Going to go with an ls3 or ls2 for my 97 Z28. Hopefully some of you guys will be more generous than others with the help when I start asking questions.

Shoot me a pm any time man..I'm not a stingy ******* like the ones that I ran into at the time. It's a pretty easy swap, I've got a few people that pm me and call me on a regular basis for help..

Cool deal man thanks. The worst is when you start a thread for some more specific info on your paticular set-up after doing a search and some Dumb A$$ with a 14 second car tells you to do a search. LMAO
