I used PSI Conversions as well. Very good quality harness, easy installation and they have pretty much any harness combo you could need. I got a harness for my DBC 5.3 w/ 4l60e along with a flashed PCM for $699. Well worth the money for a basically plug and play set-up!

For a harness mod and re-program, I, and a good friend, both used Wait4Me. Reasonably priced, and good to work with.

PSI Conversions here as well for my LS3 swap recently. Jon was super nice and answered all kinds of questions after I got the harness in.
