Never try installing on your own its truly a 2 man job, you always need an extra set of eyes to see what's hitting and what not

Well long story short had to remove manifolds intake and passenger side coil packs cause all were hitting

FYI my 4L60 is really tight in the tunnel. If I jack it up 1/2" off the xmember it hits the floor. Just be ready to do a little clearancing with that 4L80

Im using standard OReilly auto parts mounts nothing fancy no name, just got wat i needed for my 283, the ict plates bolted up nice, just move the mounts one space forward to set motor closer 2 fire wall and clear cross member, i think if i had ordered the holley 302-1 pan it would sit pretty much stock location but the 302-2 has a bit bigger sump then 1st, but then there's tie rod issue. Ill get closer pic of mounts. Btw are u the same Brian over on chevelle site?

Had 2 remove power steering pulley, still cleared but it was so close i couldn't get belt off. I still haven't put trans cross member on but i did jack it up to where i think it would sit

When i was installing motor i thought i might have 2 cut into fire wall/trans tunnel area but slipped in just at right angle, as of right now its in there but once i install cross member we shall see

Cool. Good to see someone use the ICT LS adaptors. Will be good info for someone else down the road. Yup. The same Brian Hoss on Team Chevelle. When you get it all mocked up, please post the info over there and I'll add it to the database!

Well i tried installing the trans cross member this passed weekend n had no luck, the trans hits the tunnel before i can get the tail end high enough to clear cross member, so im going 2 have 2 ethier remove trans and install separately or raise body up. Don't feel like removing trans so probably going to raise up body. Once its in i shouldn't have any clearance issues with body but ill have to wait and see
