Converted a LS1 into my 1941 chev pick up is there a water pump available that I can run a clutch fan or fixed fan for cooling as I don't want to run electric fan if possible

Not on a true LS1, but if you want to switch to the front accessories off of a truck you can. The truck stuff is a little further out than the f body stuff though. Im not sure you could get any kind of air cleaner on an LS1 with a fan on the water pump because the throttle body is going to be too far forward.

The truck water pumps have a threaded snout for a mechanical clutch fan. Problem is all use truck belt spacing which is 3/4" farther out that 98-02 f body accessories. What accessory drive do you have now?

Just throwing this out there, but can he just press a truck waterpump pulley on his pump, and thread the fan on?
