Default 5.3 s475 300zx

I bought a 1990 300zx TT as a roller with everything but the engine. I’m running the stock Z32 TT trans and diff. Using the LOJ swap kit. I deleted the a/c (shaved fire wall holes). Seam welded the whole engine bay and shaved a bunch of holes and brackets. Deleted the whole hydrolic 4 wheel steering system. I had to cut up the passenger fender well for turbo fitment. Made a custom turbo bracket that attaches to the head. I’m still messing around with the koyo radiator placement. It’s going to be slightly V mounted due to the custom turbo pipe I’m making. I bought a Eastwood Tig 200 to learn on for the exhaust (stainless). Piecing together pie cuts, j bends and 3” donut to v-bands. There is definitely a learning curve. I got a tube roughed in and now I’m going to duplicate it. It will be a lot cleaner then the trial pipe. Should be getting the horizontal band saw i ordered tomorrow along with a bead roller and belt sander.
Engine:
aluminum 5.3L
BTR Stage 2 turbo cam and spring kit
melling pump
arp head bolts
new cam & rod bearings
gapped rings for boost.028
gen 4 rods & pistons
lapped valves
862 heads smothed casting marks out of intake/exhaust ports
smith brothers bronze trunion kit
Nick Williams 92mm t-body
LS2 intake
Motion catch can
-10 fittings welded to stock covers

TURBO:
S475 83mm T6 1.10
Holley Hooker cast turbo manifold kit (t56 cross pipe)

FUEL (for now):
Deka 80’s
holley rails
-6 lines
stock filter
aeromotive 340

The suspension is fully adjustable. Solid diff and rear subframe mounts. Not sure on what coil overs I’ll be going with yet. The fuel system will eventually be a return style, dual pump on a Hobbs. -10 lines to -8’s to each rail. I wish I researched fuel systems more before I got click happy and bought stuff. Lines and AN fittings add up so quick.
