Hey guys,
Another LS1Tech newbie here. I'm currently in process of removing the
L98 TPI/700R4 I installed in my S-15 waaaaaay back in 1991 and filling the
hole with a '98 LS1/4L60E from a Firebird. I just finished my daily driver (see
sig) and now it's time for more mechanical carnage. Engine swaps are fun.

1. 1963 Corvette Grand Sport replica
2. '99 LS1 (out of a wreck) with my old hotcam, and the GMPP LS6 heads. Tremec TKO 5-speed.
3. No pics yet, but it's a D&D car. 'Glass body sits on a tube frame (4" dia). Uses C4 suspension and 4-corner coil overs. Complete will weigh <2500 lbs. It's currently dominating my 2 1/2 car garage (pieces EVERYWHERE!)
4. This thing is going to haul crazy monkey *****.

1995 Chevrolet Caprie 9C1 Police Car
I just finished my installation of a 2002 Z28 LS1 and T56 into my '95 Caprice. I have a few more bugs to work out, but have been very impressed with the nearly endless supply of power and the grin inspiring 6-speed.
21 days start to finish.

Another LS1 BMW 3 series swap.
Currently driving a 1997 M3 Coupe, but am waiting for another LS1tech poster to finish his conversion kit.
Would love to get an M3 or M Coupe with a blown motor, but I'll most likely get an early 90's 318is or 325is.

1) 86 Ford Mustang Coupe (white, ex-CHP car)
2) LS1, 4L60E
3) I'll post plenty of pics once it's done. I should be getting my motor this week. The tubular Kmember w/ Chevy MM is in, I have the PAINLESS kit. Everything is gutted so it should be relatively easy to start setting it up.
I expect the car will weigh 2500 lbs or so with me in it (140 lbs). It's heavily gutted but will look and remain almost totally functional. With the old iron 5.0 liter and iron heads, it weighed 2800 lbs when I was done gutting most of the extra stuff I didn't need (exhaust, bumpers, sway bar, etc.)
It sits on 28x10.5" ET drags and skinnies in front. The car will be mildly modified and I am hoping to run 10s N/A, a bit faster with nitrous.
