oh do i have to get some meth too?

i think it will be a good race once you take the sand out of your vagina and actually launch your truck

you will probably beat me without the converter and your sissy driving

might need to invest in some Moroso plug boots to keep the heat in check. I run them in my chevelle and have a couple of wires that lay right on the header with no issues.

well i drove over and got it weighed today. with 1/2 tank of gas and me in it, it was exactly 3700#. so the whole swap added 80lbs.

im going to get an electronic boost controller and get the tune finished this week or the beginning of next week

Much of the added weight is in the 4L80E. I just got one for my Camaro and that pig is heavy. I forget the total weight but it weighed 40 pounds more than the T400 it is replacing.

The LS engine probably only weighs 30 to 40 pounds more than the 4.3 does.

man sorry i missed updating this. I lost #7 on the dyno in March. The motor is at the machine shop now and should be finished this coming week. I have been taking my time and searching for deals on parts. The new build consists of:
.030 LQ4 block
stock crank
lunati pro mod rods
diamond pistons
arp head and main studs
patriot gold valve springs
speed inc TU1 cam
79* injectors
alky control progressive meth

i am looking for close to 800whp, but my real goal is and 9 second time slip. I am going to be building a cage(good to 8.5) or a roll bar(good to 10.0) also.

i am finally putting my C5 brakes on too. I have just been distracted but other builds i have been doing recently. Real updates should be coming soon.

dude that sucks. I had a similar problem. Went to the track with a 1/3 tank (36 gallon tank) and had a lean launch. Popped cyl 3 ring land. only down for a couple weeks. but im back up and now everything is painted!
