Default G-body LS1 swap question.

Quick question....I know certain LSx accessories will and will not work with a LS1 in a G-body, but is anyone using Corvette accessories? My friend has some for sale and I didn't wanna buy them if they would cause any hood/frame clearance issues.

I believe that the only ones that have the problems are the truck accesories and the GTO engines with the big alternators, but their the only two I've heard of having a problem at all.

Supposably any accessories will work with the right mounts but the truck ones have the least clearance. Just curious, how much is he selling the accessories for?

To be honest, I'm not for sure. He said he had some the other day but didn't price them? I'll give him a call today and see, and post up on price. I know its either jegs or summit racing that has an entire LS1 front accessory kit for sale for like $899. So used, I wouldn't want to pay more than $400-500.
