I might be able to hide the powersteering res. Im going to try to fit it in the brake booster cubby area tomorrow see if that will work.it would clean up the engine bay a little.

wow your build is comeing along superb. Very clean. How wide are you going with the RPF1's ??
I know how you feel about the clutch for me I also have the remove the engine/tranny just to change the it aswell as the starter. I've an inch from the bellhouseing and the tranny tunnel.
Sorry to request but I think I missed the tire size and wheels size ???

Beautiful swap! Oh and not all Z guys are ricers. You have to come visit Hybridz.org! Everyone there will get into your swap. We have lots of guys (me included) running LSx motors in Z cars. Most being early cars, 70-78.
And now I know what to do with my G35 coupe when it's time for a motor swap

Very nice conversion.
As Joe mentioned, www.hybridZ.org, 11,000 members, all Datsun/Nissan Z car enthusiast, NO purists! The forum was founded in early 2000 with V-8 conversions as the sole format! The forum still holds that premise today, NO purism, even has dedicated section for the Gen III/IV LSx!
Any how, this is very motivating. I’ve been struggling with getting an LSx in the previous generation Z car (Z-32, 90-96 300-ZX) https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...ka-z-32-a.html and finding that to do so is going to require cutting up the car itself which I really don’t want to get into for my daily driver. Recently been considering alternative LSx swap vehicles, (BMW E36 and now the Z-33). I am not abandoning the LSX, but probably going to be selling my uber clean Z-32 for a more LSx swap friendly car.
The 350-Z is starting to look pretty good all of sudden.
